Curse His Heart and Hope He Dies

Even so, the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. Behold how great a matter a little fire kindles. And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body…But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless God, even the Father; and with it we curse men, which are made after the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing and cursing: my brothers, these things should not be so. (James 3: 5-6, 8-10)

Bless them which persecute you: bless and curse not. (Romans 12: 14)

When George W. Bush was president, some on the left were publishing articles and books on how to assassinate him. This was an abomination in God’s eyes, but what do you expect from those who are lost? They will do what comes natural to them, and that is sin. So, do we see anything like that going on today from the right with Obama as president? If there is such a thing going on in this nation, should we consider this okay? Let me open your eyes a little in this matter.

There is no question I have chastised the left some for what is in their agenda, but today, it is the right I am going to chastise. Sin is still sin no matter who commits it. If doing one particular act is a sin, then it does not matter who does it; it remains sin. So, to what am I referring? I am referring to some prophetic words or words of prediction. There are both types out there being used, but it all boils down to being the same thing. People are using their tongues to say things they should not be saying.

God has a high standard for prophets. In the Old Testament, God called for the execution of false prophets. When one prophesies, that person better make sure they are hearing from God. If one is prophesying and not getting their word from God, then they are speaking from ignorance. Today, there is a lot of prophesying being done through sheer ignorance. A prophet better understand what is going on in the spiritual realm before trying to prophesy, or that person will be prophesying through his or her flesh. It does help to have a gift of discernment to know what word is coming from the flesh and what is coming from the spirit. I may not be perfect in being able to discern every word at any time, but God has given me a gift of discernment, and he has told me he will expand my ability sometime in the near future. Now, let me tell you what words are being said out there concerning our president, Barack Obama.

It is not difficult to find prophesies saying Obama will be shot and die in office. Another prophet has said he will be shot but they do not know if he will die in office. A third I have seen just recently says that Obama most likely will die in office from a cocaine overdose. Is it really okay to make these prophecies or predictions? No, because what these people are doing is similar to what some leftists were doing when George W. Bush was president. They are trying to bring about the death of the president. In George W. Bush’s case, those leftists were trying to incite people to assassinate him. Today, these prophets are unwittingly trying to place a curse on President Obama. “. Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing and cursing: my brothers, these things should not be so.”

The tongue is a powerful member of our body. Through it we curse or bless people. Curses are real. They do have power. Just the smallest statement about a person could be a blessing or a curse. One must avoid making definitive statements about people. I try to talk about the spirit behind the person rather than the person. It is the spirit behind the person that is the true enemy and not the person. God would have saved Hitler if he would have repented, but unfortunately he did not. God did not want him to die but rather to repent. God did not want people to kill him but rather to pray for him. It is the same with President Obama. God wants us to pray for him and not try and put curses on him. That is wrong.

Saying Obama will be shot or die in office is putting a curse on him. In Jesus’ name, I take authority over those curses and command them to be cast down and removed from Obama’s life. Curses are statements of judgment. We are not in the position to judge any man. We can judge sinful acts, but we cannot make statements of judgment about any person. “Judge not, that you be not judged.” (Matthew 7: 1) A prophet is exceeding his commission when he makes such statements as these against Obama. God is very displeased with those prophets who go beyond his words and add their own. That is not acceptable.

These prophets should instead be praying for the president. They need to get into the spirit and hear what God says is going to happen in the coming days. If that prophet does not hear anything, then he or she has nothing to say. They should keep quiet. Whenever I try to make a prophecy, I am not going to succeed unless I hear from God first. An example of me hearing from him is in my book which he told me to write. Those prophecies have been coming to pass, and those prophecies suggest Obama is not going to die in office: at least until he has finished the work God has sent him to do. God has put him in position as president to destroy our Constitution and lead us down the path of destruction unless we repent.  That is his job (or rather it is what that Nebuchadnezzar spirit behind him is doing), and he will not die until one of those two events occurs (destruction or repentance).

So, all I can say to these prophets who have prophesied death for the president is to stop trying to put curses on him. God is not pleased with those words. Blessings should be coming out of your mouths rather than curses. Try and follow God’s directives of repenting. That is where salvation starts with all people and nations, and not trying or hoping some particular person will be removed from office. The person is not the problem. It is the spirit behind the person.

“We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6: 12)
