Who is Jeremiah, Today?

In “Jeremiah’s Prophecies: The End of the United States,” Jeremiah is reborn to prophesy to America and call on God’s people in the United States to repent. This is the only solution presented that can save the United States from destruction resulting from God judging this nation. The question then can be asked, who is this Jeremiah that is reborn? Is it me, the author of this book?  Let me delve into this matter and describe who this modern-day Jeremiah must be.

Jeremiah was an Old Testament prophet who prophesied of coming events for the kingdom of Judah and other nations. His job was to get the Jews to repent and turn back to God. Ultimately, the Jews ignored him and the kingdom of Judah was destroyed by the Chaldeans. Of course to say he was ignored is not quite true: he was imprisoned for telling the Jews what would happen if they did not turn back to God. Nevertheless, Jeremiah was one of a few people who God placed his Holy Spirit into to minister to the world. In Old Testament times, the Holy Spirit only operated in a few select people.

When Jesus died on the cross and rose again, a new age dawned; we can call the Christian age. All people who become born again receive the Holy Spirit into them who leads and guides all those who will let him lead and guide them. Thus, all of a sudden there was a multiplication of the Holy Spirit operating in people throughout the world when Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. The point I am trying to make is that today when we talk about who Jeremiah is can be explained by our new definition of Jeremiah. There is not one Jeremiah, but a number of new Jeremiahs springing up in this world and especially the United States to call on this nation to repent. These are the New Testament days and a multiplication of the Holy Spirit is moving on many people to call on this nation to repent. The Jeremiah of today is any child of God who speaks out and calls for a country or people to turn from their sins and turn back to God to avoid coming judgment.

I am one of many Jeremiahs God is springing up to call on the United States to repent as well as other nations. The United States and other nations mentioned in my book are fast approaching unstoppable judgment that will destroy those nations today as we know them. God gave the most to the United States and thus he requires the severest punishment on us because of our rebellion against him. “And that servant which knew his lord’s will and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes—for to whom much is given, of him shall be much required. (Luke 12:47-48)
